Server Administration Application – Configuring IP
White Lists

IP White Lists can be configured to control which IP addresses are allowed to:
- Use the Server Administration Application (see also Server Administration Security)
- Deploy to this server (see also Deployment Security)
Select the tab for the white list you would like to configure. Filtering of IP addresses is only active when the Enabled checkbox is checked. Note that if Enabled is checked but no IP addresses are provided, access will be denied to all IP addresses.
- Click
the
icon to create a new IP address line - Click
the
icon to refresh the display - Click
the
icon to delete an IP address line - Click on an IP address to edit it
- Click Help on the menu at the top of the panel to display this help page
Each IP address line can be specified as either:
- A single IP address e.g. 127.0.0.1
- An IP address containing an * wild card as the last character e.g. 192.168.*
- An IP address range e.g. 192.168.0.1|192.168.0.10
IPv4 examples:
127.0.0.1
123.456.789.123
192.*
213.567.123.*
192.168.0.1|192.168.0.10
IPV6 examples:
ffff:0:0:0:0:0:0:23
ffee:222:*
ffff:0:0:0:0:0:0:0|ffff:0:0:0:0:0:0:10
